General Instructions for Registration

  • Conference Registration is mandatory to submit an abstract.
  • Pay the amount required through the Bank Transfer and then fill out the form at the bottom of the page for registering.
  • The Registration to the conference consists of 2 steps- Payment & Form filling. Not completing any one of these will lead to no Registration.
  • Within 24 hours of your sucesfull payment and registration, you will recieve an email from our side with your Registration ID.
  • Please check your spam, updates, promotions, etc - all inboxes for missing emails. Do contact us if still not received.
  • Save all these emails for future reference.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations & alterations must be updated latest by the end of February 2025 and acknowledged only via email. (mathuraisaacademics@gmail.com)
  • No refund requests will be entertained after 28th Feb 2025.
  • 30% of the registration fee would be deducted as processing charges and rest will be refunded.
  • Registration to the conference is non-transferable, which means it cannot be transferred to any other delegate as a substitute.
  • All refunds will be processed 45 days after the completion of the conference.
  • No refunds will be sanctioned for No Shows.
